Little Bohemia
PEN Architect, 2015-2016
Sometime around the mid 1880's, Czech immigrants arriving in Omaha created a community along 13th Street that became known as Little Bohemia. The area has been noted for its civic importance, and has recently gone through a rehabilitation efforts spearheaded by PJ Morgan Real Estate.
The result is a reenergized and creative community corridor between the interstate and downtown Omaha, including coffee shops, vintage goods, restaurants and community events.
